

The manager ***** was just as useless to talk to. The embarrsement that I have endured and my account being froze and now alerted as fraud all because of an incompetent accountant for a large dealership, who she also advised me 9 other customers this had happened to due to her neglect of issuing checks and not releasing funds through their new positve pay system, It was the worse customer service and so degrading that for 3 days I have endured. The bank proceeded to tell me again it a bad check after depositing it and that I was flagged in the fraud department and my account was frozen, Again, I called to speak to the very incompetent ***** who is in accounting and advised her per the bank she needed to release the funds. I went back an hour away to be reissued a new check and was advised funds are good by a very obnoxious, RUDE associate ** who rasised his voice. I went to deposit the check and it was returned 3 days later being a bounced check, because she did not do her job of releasing funds. They did not make me aware that the check had a fraud protection on it that the incompetent ***** who is there accountant failed todo her job and release funds. They purchased my vehicle and hands me a check for the car. If I could give no stars I would, let me start off by saying they have the worst customer service, I doubt the owner knows how unprofessinal they are. Just hope it break so you can purchase another one with them. After they get your business they no longer care about you or the car. Seems like you’re only valued and serviced accordingly ONLY when you’re purchasing. I’m just disgusted - forget my time and what I have to do huh? Just keep putting me on the back burner. I’m baffled because this should’ve been solved in MARCH. I couldn’t even get my oil changed in peace without being bothered about purchasing a 2022. They ran behind me to get the car and finance it through Honda and all but now since I’m not purchasing with them it’s like I’m bothering them.

I’m disgusted and to the point I don’t even want the car anymore. And I’m told no part was ordered and how sorry they are. Almost 2 week later (today ) I called since nobody called me “again”. The part has to be ordered and they’ll call me when it comes in.

4hrs waiting and I’m told it’s the strut (as I been knew). Here I am 3mnths later it’s summer time now and I bring my car in since I’m off. Few days later back to the same loud rattling noise. I pick my car up - it’s the same noise but you can tell they done something it’s not as loud as it was. 2:20pm I get a call back “Ms Lacey it’s nothing mechanical (laughing) it’s actually your daughter’s car seat.” I knew it was a lie and it was a Saturday and they just wanted to get out of there. So I called and check on my car - the man inform me he hadn’t checked it out was about to. I hadn’t received a call and it’s going on 2:00pm. They told me bring it in early enough because they close at 3 on Saturdays. March 2023 I finally make time to bring my car in to check out the noise and it’s a Saturday. I’m an educator and I’m only off on weekends. February 2023 I notice a sound as if something is rattling. I purchased the car right before Christmas. I was begged to trade it in for a sport model 2022. I brought my 2021 Honda Accord in for an oil change in December 2022.
